I believe the goal of business should be about being in good business i.e. to sustain itself to deliver things that people want in society, that will make their lives and the world better. The goal of business shouldn't be just about growing faster than the market or the competition. I realize that capital markets and shareholders expect publicly traded businesses to do the later rather than the former. I dream of a future, when we will start realizing the goals of good business at a scale that creates positive impact in the world I have come to realize that design & technology are very important tools in facilitating this change in the world. I help teams understand digital technology & design in this context. I facilitate experiences which will help people see the strange in the familiar i.e. to make people look closely at experiences they are creating through platforms and services and find things that can be changed to improve those experiences. I also help teams notice the familiar in the strange i.e. help them understand phenomena, intractable problems that are hard to understand and solve I enjoy working on/helping people work on problems that are intractable, challenging and that very few people in the world have attempted to solve
