- Facilitating communication between the different stakeholders of the Project (the World Bank, universities, professional accounting and audit organizations, private and public sector companies, donors of the project - Swiss Government)

- Ensuring project goals are achieved: reform of Serbian accounting and audit laws and implementation of latest IFRS and ISA standards

- Monitoring and regularly reporting on the work of engaged service providers to the stakeholders of the Project

- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the performance and financial statements of banks with state capital (Komercijalna Bank, Postal Savings Bank, Jubmes Bank, Srpska Bank, Jugobanka Jugbanka), with regular reporting to the Government, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank

- Performing analyses and valuations necessary for the decision-making processes related to the management of state-owned capital in said banks

- Active involvement in the realization of the Government's NPL Resolution Strategy through coordination of activities of the NPL Working Group aimed at reducing the outstanding level of NPLs in Serbia and enabling faster development of the market for NPLs
