I am a Project Manager with a Master of Science in Project Management from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University. I have a passion for solving complex problems and managing multiple projects simultaneously, using my expertise in both engineering and project management. In my most recent role as a Product Operations Specialist at QIMA, I was responsible for managing a wide range of projects from conception to delivery, while ensuring quality standards and timelines were met. I digitalized one of the business unit’s proposal request methods, reducing the time taken by 50%. I also created a standard process for the product operations team, a company-wide sales template, and a digital self-assessment questionnaire for the audit team.
