The group identified and provided advice to government, relevant bodies and partners eg. CQC, local authorities and providers on: 
- the strategic priorities for social care and support services; and 
- the priority actions and those responsible for these, necessary to maintain stability in those services, -   ensure they remain accessible and keep people safe.
