Bosch IoT Ecosystem project is a corporate initiative within Bosch supervised by the Bosch Board of Management to help bring about digital transformation of Bosch business units using IoT and Digital technologies
 - Conceptualized the Bosch IoT Marketplace product as a business enabler platform for internal Bosch business units in Automotive and Industry 4.0 domains to offer their IoT products and solutions for external B2B customers
 - Defined the strategy and roadmap, developed and launched the Marketplace platform within 8 months of starting the project
- Owning the product delivery (with product development budget of EUR 7 million+), led a matrix organization of 40+ team members consisting of Project Managers, Product Architects, Requirement Managers, Developers and Testers across external vendors and multiple internal Bosch departments spanning Germany, India and the US

Bosch Software Innovations is Bosch’s software division responsible for building an own IoT platform (Bosch IoT Suite) along with offering consultancy services to help Bosch internal business units adapt to the new IoT-based SaaS business models, as well as selling the platform in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model to external customers. 
-	Led the creation of strategic partnerships with cloud platform vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft and IBM to make the Bosch IoT Suite available on their individual cloud infrastructures. This helped to finally define and execute the Hybrid Cloud strategy for all of Bosch
-	As part of the Portfolio Management team (a team of 5 senior level experts), drove the strategy, direction and vision for the Bosch IoT Suite platform & provided road map and prioritization guidance to multiple Scrum teams (consisting of 60+ people across Product Engineering functions) developing various micro-services and features as part of the Bosch IoT Suite
-	Helped to define and enforce a regular release rhythm for the Bosch IoT Suite services, balancing new features, technical debt and business priorities from the Bosch business units

- Conceptualized, initiated and ramped up a dedicated Practice for IBM Bluemix focused on System Integrators, as a global mission within IBM Software Group 
- Evangelization of IBM Bluemix (Platform as a Service - PaaS) to the ecosystem partners across SI's, ISV's, Startups
- Built a new team from scratch with 15+ senior level Solution Architects to engage with the
leading Global System Integrators (such as Accenture, CapGemini, CSC (now HPE), TechMahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro etc) to support their customer projects utilizing IBM Cloud platform
- Led pre-sales activities with C-suite leaders in these GSI's in order to influence them to
adopt the IBM Bluemix platform and IBM Cloud technologies
- Drove new IBM Bluemix user registrations via several initiatives for Startup companies,
Universities and Independent Software Vendors by running Coding Hackathons,
webinars, training etc. 
- Overachieved on the target of 100,000 new registered developers from India on
IBM Bluemix platform within one year

- As a second-line senior manager for DB2 database product in 2013, led the
Development, QA, Performance Engineering and Level 2 & Level 3 Support teams in
India with team size of 120 across different geographies
- Led the transformation of the Dev & QA teams to use Agile methodology, thereby
achieving 30% savings in release turnaround time, while bringing in user experience
driven consumability improvements

- Senior (second-line) Manager leading product development and customer engagements for the IBM MDM portfolio across IBM MDM Server and IBM Initiate (an acquired company) product groups
