Roles and Responsibilities include: 

Manage, mentor and train a team of Business Development Managers

Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Product Management, to develop new and leverage existing content

Formulate and implement new and effective sales processes, trainings and programs that will have a proven impact on the success of the Sales team and the Company

Drive rigorous sales development execution and oversight, ensuring accurate weekly sales development forecasts and full transparency for the Sales team and Company

Set and track sales targets for the team

Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

Build an open-communication environment for the team
