After gaining immense experience in IT Industry, I have ventured into Entrepreneurship by co-founding Retail Technology Group in South Africa, with a vision of providing technology-based solutions to resolve the problems faced by retail players. Implementing ideas with minimal resources in a lean approach is my core strength along with analytical and problem-solving skills. I believe in utilizing readily available solutions to implement ideas, instead of reinventing the wheel, so that one can FastTrack the go-to-market strategy and launch projects quicker and operationalize them in short space of time. Till 2021, I was an IT Solution Architect and Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with 17+ years of work experience in IT Industry and worked with reputable organizations in India, South Africa, UK, and the USA. Experience in executing large scale global projects and acquired expertise in performing tasks across all Software Development Life Cycle phases, Requirements gathering and Analysis, Solution design, Development and Quality assurance. Experience in project management, onsite-offshore coordination, resource planning and ensuring team delivery. Experience in providing pre-sales support including conducting requirement workshops & detailing the scope of work (SOW), client presentations & product demos and contributing to requests for proposals (RFP).
