1.To manage day to day activity of radiation oncology department. to coordinate with doctors, nursing staffs, technicians to run the department smoothly
2.To explain treatment plan and provide financial counseling to patient and their families 
3.To manage patient appointments with doctors and coordinate with radiation technicians to fix patients radiation timing slots
4.To assign runners or helpers to maintain department cleanliness 
5.To coordinate with international patients who comes for radiation treatment and make sure they deserve better care and treatment 
6.To manage patients billing ,Insurance and refund process
7.To prepare weekly and monthly TAT reports
