I am a Mechanical Engineer ( NIT Calicut) with PGDBM specialization in Marketing and Finance( XIM B) with 29 years experience in Consumer industry in B2B and B2C space. In my Stint of 15+ years in Real Estate I have successfully launched 5 Residential projects in the Hyderabad Market, namely, Bharat Iconia, Mantri Celestia, IL&FS Hill County, Aurobindo Kohinoor and Regent. Put together, these constitute more than 5000 homes for which my involvement in the customer journey from the blueprint to handing over has given me a rich understanding of this industry and customer behaviour.I am well versed with contemporary modern tools of marketing such as Digital as well as cloud-based IT solutions deployed for superior CX. Recently, had a brief stint with Organo eco habitats which is into Sustainable Real Estate development more aptly called "Rurban" living; which in essence is a desirable outcome for this industry in this era of enhanced consumer awareness about environment protection and sustainability. To give a brief background about my other experience, I Started my career in Industrial selling in Tube investments of India , with Cold roll formed sections for auto and pollution control industry in Chennai and Tamil nadu. A 12 year stint in Godrej and Boyce took me through the length and breadth of India and as also a wide range of Home, office and industrial storage products. I have undertaken a number of prestigious projects during this stint including furnishing offices at Various IT ( Satyam, CATCG, TCS, CMC), Public ( Govt of jharkhand, Sarva shiksha abhiyan, Defence, Govt of Guj earthquake relief, IOCL, Gujarat High court, AP secretariat,) and private undertakings( Tata steel, Tata Timken, HPCL, Telco, Pharma, STC's, SAIL, ABB )I
