Executing Xellia Digital Enterprise program to improve Quality, Manufacturing performance and Tech transfers. Our Vision and Agile Strategy based on Pharma 4.0 developed and governed by global core team. Site level assessments have provided 3 year project road maps. Site teams are executing Level 0-2 projects. Corporate standards /app catalogs are used for the remaining levels.
• Plant Connectivity: Global Process Network is installed to connect assets, to process Historian data and to improve asset life cycle. Risk based Assessment and Updates based on IEC 62443 are in progress.
• Level 0/1 hardware and software Standards established at the site level to simplify and improve engineering, to improve operations tech support and establish asset life cycle process.
• Validated Historians are in place. Working towards unified naming convention for new filling lines.
• Global computer system validation using Micro Focus ALM process has been established. Training and SOPS are in place. Overall validation effort has been reduced by 60%
• EBR, E-Log books pilot is in process for Cleveland filling lines. Site team is optimizing Logbooks and creating data stream mapping. Pilot e-logbook using Ops-Trakker is complete.
• Stood up an Analytical team to build our first Continuous Process Validation dashboard using data from Historians, LIMS, and ERP systems. Our pilot for our API lines is undergoing user acceptance.
• Pharma 4.0 requirements and specification templates are created. User requirements, Installation and Validation process for 2 new RTU fill Lines (Cleveland) and 1 Vial fill line (Copenhagen) are based on these standards. Working with Project management vendor and OEM vendors in the procurement, design, installation, and validation of these 3 New lines.
• Cloud-based, Out-of-the-box, configured solutions and IIOT are used to accelerate adoption and to reduce development times and costs.

Director Global Engineering, Automation and Manufacturing Systems

Sanofi

Leader of the I4.0 Strategy and Roadmap for the $3B Vaccine site. Partnered with Site Cross Functional partners to build digital roadmap for the Swiftwater, PA site. Worked with Global Digital Team to harmonize site plans, business goals and corporate mandates. Recruited and built the site Pharma 4.0 cross functional team(6) consisting of PM’s, ERP SME’s, Data scientists and engineers. My experience in aerospace and automotive helped to accelerate the I4.0 program adoption.
• Site assessments were done using the Sanofi version of Digital Plant Maturity Model(DPMM).
• A 3 Year Site Digital Roadmap was developed and projects kicked-off. Progress monitored using a Digital Credit scoring system.
• Piloted an EBR for a new Seed manufacturing building based on EIS Opstrakker tool.
• Implemented AWS based Plant Control Tower to improve supply chain visibility, Deviation Intelligence (ML) tool to facilitate deviations closing.
• OEE Automation/Targeted actions improved Vaccine filling OEE by 3% on 3 filling lines.
• Digital team produced 36 self-paced VR/MR Training modules to improve on-boarding of a new Biologics building. A Delta-V Simulated training system was also produced for this project.
• Fill-Finish capacity model was developed using Rockwell Arena to develop COVID-19 Fill strategy.
• Digital Team was stood up to start a MES implementation based on Siemens Simatic IT.
• Digital Team representative for all site capital projects ($400M) involving:
	o Plant Connectivity, Automation specification o Data Standard, Data Lake integration
	o EBR,MES
• Installed IIOT Vibration monitoring system from Augury on AHU’s to improve reliability.
• Sponsored a ML yield optimization intern project to improve Egg supply yield.
• Partnered with Quartic.ai to pilot Operations Intelligence tool for the biologics building.

As the corporate Manufacturing Digital Automation Manager, led the Smart Manufacturing(SM) Vision, Strategy, and road maps at aerospace parts maker Arconic. Owner of SM Standards, Apps/Tools and Capital Projects. Conducted SM Workshops at Plant levels to create awareness and facilitated development of Digital road maps. BU approver for Physical (Robots/Material Handling/Equipment Upgrades) and Digital (MES, Scada, Historian) projects 
•	3-Year Road Maps for Physical and Digital Automation of Cleveland, Lafayette plants launched 
•	Created Process/Equipment Capability and Performance analysis. Deployed Machine Learning Tools to optimize manufacturing capacity and predictive analysis for Heat treat Furnaces and forge presses
•	Evaluated suppliers, products, technology to create corporate standards
•	Assembled a corporate Digital surge team to improve plant performance on a 90day deployment. A Digital Toolbox was developed to collect KPI’s/Quality data to improve turnarounds

Introduced Maintenance Lean Events, MRO Process, Scheduling RACI, RCA, 5Why, Short Interval Leadership and Reliability KPI's.  Developed a Lean Machine Inspection and Asset assessment process to identify equipment condition. Installed Planned Machine rebuilds and PDM programs to drive down downtime.
