•	Worked very close with client executives and PMs to create and sustain staffing and delivery model resulting in skeptical client changed to satisfied one in 1 year period.
•	Key driver behind creation of standardized project management practices, policies, and methodologies new development, release management and production support activities.

3) Sprint Telecom Kansas City, KS
Managing various projects including Sprint Pre-paid calling cards development and implementation interacting with other major program managers.

Engagement Delivery manager

Instrumental in opening Japanese market for Covansys using relationships developed with NEC  in prior work experience. Made several trips to Japan with Covansys Executives to establish relationship,, deliver pilot project delivery and negotiate long term contract resulting in 300+ resource development center in Chennai over 5 year period. This exclusive NEC development center created over $30 Million revenue for Covansys.
