Drive value, culture and reduce risk with by leading a team to address the needs of the Stakeholders. Deliver value by consolidating and rationalising the existing Enterprise Business Systems. This requires stakeholder engagement and management across the business to ensure clear expectations are set, and the vision and outcomes are developed as part of a collaborative approach. This role also involves ensuring adherence to; Governance, Processes, and Strategic alignment. I also work alongside other Project delivery teams to ensure no barriers prevent successful delivery. I have previously lead the Information Systems team at KCGM (Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines). This included; Infrastructure, Applications, and Service Delivery teams. Working alongside the other Senior department heads to ensure the delivery of value-add services and support to allow KCGM to reach it's goals both financially and operationally. I then became the ERP Project Manager and was responsible for the; selection, scoping, and delivery of the new Oracle e-business suite solution for KCGM.
