I currently teach:
✔️Advanced Excel Techniques - We focus on how to use Excel as a tool to build data models. We learn to leverage advanced functions, tools, macros and VBA.
✔️Database Management - A management-level course that helps MBA candidates understand how databases are designed and how that design can impact the business and decision-making. 
✔️Systems Analysis and Design- A second-year MBA course that focuses on teaching the practical skills of being a technical Business Anlayst. The course centers around a project where students will define a problem, gather user requirements, create users and use a low-code program to create a working demo of their solution.
✔️Managing Information Systems - An introduction to MBAs about the impact of information systems on making decisions in business. The program centers around an application that they will pitch, market and develop keeping in mind the impact of tech on their decisions.

Lecturer

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Oversaw a team of 7 Technical Training Specialist. My role largely focused on rebuilding the team morale and creating more focused roles and responsibilities for each of them. I provided regular coaching and feedback and was responsible for their annual review and salary decisions.

I worked with a global team of managers to provide a consistent job description and set of expectations for the training specialist globally as well as provided a defined career path for growth within the role. The results of this work resulted in an increased satisfaction level among the employees.

Sr. Manager Technical Training

SMART is a SaaS product that served hospitals in their medical records group to help improve their coding accuracy.  As a manager on this team my role consisted of:

Coached a small team of trainers and technical writers who are responsible for delivering client training and updating user materials.

Cultivated a monthly web-based learning series based on emerging healthcare challenges. Work with PwC leadership to identify monthly learning topics, then recruited subject matter experts as instructors and content developers to build and present these topics. Created marketing materials, managed registrations and coordinated course deliverables with the team. Oversaw the logistics of the web environment for the course and provided coaching and feedback to all members of the team. Courses successfully reached 70% of our client base and have resulted in additional add-on work. 

Initiated new hire on-boarding courses. Instructed web-based courses that are tailored to the needs of the professional but topics range from introduce new hires to healthcare and many of the terms that they will face daily through a client services focus on using the application.

Expanded the training program by developing a YouTube channel with video tutorials on the product.

Partnered with the sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and form our first product sales training courses.

Manager, SMART Learning & Development

Identified the need for a formal software training program that deepens and standardizes the use of the SMART product by our 300+ external clients as well as provide our internal client base with a strong understanding of the system benefits in order to better serve their current clients and attract new clients.

Introduced a structured go-live training program for all new software clients that provides a standard training methodology across all clients. Courses are taught on-site in a classroom base setting prior to a client going live on the SMART system and typically includes quality testing and process development within the application. Solely responsible for the development and delivery of course contents (including training manuals and documentation). 

Enhanced current user’s knowledge of the system by developing monthly web-based orientation courses on the SMART Product Suite. Courses targeted new hires within our client base and those in need of refresher training. Primary goal of the sessions is to showcase all features of the system to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of SMART. Courses have successfully closed a month in advance.

Developed internal learning courses to help application support professionals learn more about the industry and product. Introduction courses have been classroom or web-based with more advanced courses focusing on case studies.

Managed technical writer responsible for online help content.

Senior Associate, Learning & Development

Research, analyze and present findings to management about the effects of upcoming regulatory changes on the suit of  SMART applications.
Interview Subject Matter Experts to discuss application enhancements and improvements, follow up with prototypes and specs on requested enhancements for final approval. 
Document all requirements and report specs in Caliber CRM.
Perform the functions of a technical analyst, analyzing scripts and development processes to assist in Quality Assurance and Client Support.

Business Analyst, SMART

Performed the following system implementation functions for SMART2.o, PwCs Healthcare provider compliance tool, managed client expectations around the product implementation, created SQL Server databases with client data dictionaries, designed XML parsers to read client specific data into database, trained clients on system.
Assisted clients with obtaining their data dictionaries, verifying their server requirements, creation of their data download files from various data sources.
Managed unit testing of the application and client acceptance testing.

Implementation Manager, SMART

Perform the following system implementation functions for Resource Everyday, PwC's web-based expatriate application: requirements gathering and analysis, system installation, configuration and documentation, writing test scripts, onsite training, policy development, hotline support and overall project management. 
Indirectly supervise the Resource Support Hotline team and act as a primary point of contact to assist in resolving issues
Coordinate all day-to-day client interactions for configuration and support of PwC's web-based global data collection application. 
Test and document issues on new releases and updates for Resource Everyday
Assisted with the design and documentation of a training class for PwC's internal Annual Tax Manager Conference
