As a senior physician assistant at UCSF Health, I have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare system, spanning various roles and specialties. My mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality, and evidence-based care to patients with cardiac conditions, both in the interventional and surgical settings. I have a critical role in the cardiac cath lab, where I assist the fellows and attendings with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care responsibilities for procedural patients. Additionally, I have a strong background in thoracic surgery, where I worked for almost 4 years at Kaiser Permanente, managing complex cases, first assisting in operating room and performing Robotic assisted surgeries. I am also certified as a registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer with background of performing specific procedures, such as contrast injections, Doppler, and EKG. I obtained my professional degree in Physician Associate from Stanford Medical School, and have a Masters in Medical Science.
