I love to build and re-build. Growing up, i would dismantle toys and computers in an attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do, and rebuild to full functionality. Building like this runs like a red thread through my personal and work life. I create, scale and optimize organisations that are looking for achieving the next level. To accomplish this, I focus on creating accountable people and teams, and on the desired key outcomes. I work with my head and my heart; dedicated to the business but also to the people who work together in an environment that exploits maximum potential of those people. "Plan your Work, Work your Plan." is my credo. Many times in my 25 years of business experience in the IT market, i have delivered and I also have gained invaluable knowledge in marketing, product management, business development, entrepreneurship, pre-sales and sales down the road. Currently I work for Copaco, where i am helping the Services department re-organize the strategics and structure to achieve their business objectives in the BeNeLux market today and in the future. With the passion and enthusiasm to expose myself to new business models, I create new business relationships with clients who have the ambition to grow their businesses by investing in partnerships to help deploy different services. My skillsets include creation of vision, strategic planning, brand development, budget&forecasting, creating accountable teams and securing the right mindset. Previousily I have been working in different Executive roles, where i was able to achieve structural revenue growth at every position. Despite had to go through some rough rides, like reorganization and restructuring companies, before entering the wave of structural revenue growth. Sometimes one has to tear down, before you can rebuild. Every build needs a clear goal, and a value strategy to achieve that goal. Structure will follow strategy, the right strategy is defined by a clear vision and is based on the awareness of why the company is around. Specialities; 1. Business Executive/manager in product or services organization that will accelerate through activating the maximum potential of the organization 2. Create clear future vision with matching strategy and structure, and actively work on making people believe that the impossible is possible 3. People are the most important assets, treat them accordingly, I will get deeper understanding of the peoples wishes and needs 4. Transform and change management, apply PDCA cycles, thrive through business planning
