I am a professional with an extensive background in project management, event execution, and process solutions. I use an approach that includes creativity, practical experience, and collaboration to forge a path to business and team improvements. I am currently part of the team at Community Caregivers as the Financial Manager; Community Caregivers, a nonprofit organization, provides services that enable individuals of all ages to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within their homes and communities. I also work as consultant to small to medium businesses to improve their impact and efficiency. I am passionate about fostering and nurturing positive relationships, both professionally and personally. The art of friendship and personal relationships is essential in every aspect of your life. In 2021 I am launching a podcast in 2021 that will focus on straight talk about lessons learned that will offer insights on navigating the middle school lunch table, the book club, the office, and more! My background includes nonprofit governance, fundraising, media strategies, and private financial management and accounting. During my professional career, I have supported multiple profit and nonprofit organizations in numerous capacities, including serving as a member of the Board for the Albany Berkshire Ballet and as a member of the community impact board with Berkshire Farm. I have worked to raise tens of thousands of dollars for health, community, and national nonprofits and am committed to continuing these efforts in the future. In 2018, I began coaching high school students in philanthropic pursuits, including event planning, marketing, and fundraising. My career began in accounting and finance, working for several companies, including Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and TransWorld Entertainment. I am a proud graduate of Russell Sage College.
