My educational and professional background is varied having worked in retail, law, healthcare, commercial, aerospace & aviation, manufacturing & education. 

I also volunteer for the NHS readers panel.

One of my biggest passions is to improve  wellbeing and inclusivity within the workplace.
Using my personal experiences with mental wellbeing, infertility and life as a SEND mum, to 
support both colleagues and business owners I work with.

Having a BA (Hons) in English Lit isn’t what makes me qualified to support your business, my life experiences, raw encounters and strive for a real ‘people culture’ are. 

I have organised and taken part in several fundraisers for charity - the most recent being a 75 mile walk/run in the month of September for mental wellbeing, a walk for ‘Teenage Cancer Trust’ and a skydive for mental health awareness raising just over £1000 for the charity ‘Mind’.
