Stacey Champagne is an award-winning cybersecurity executive with over a decade of experience designing, implementing, and leading information security programs that protect critical assets for large enterprises, startups, and federal agencies. Currently serving as Senior Principal Security Operations Engineer at ASRC Federal, Stacey leads incident response operations for a US government agency component, managing security incidents while driving strategic improvements to organizational security posture.

With expertise in incident response, insider threat management, digital forensics, and security operations, Stacey has consistently delivered measurable results—including reducing case volumes by 92% through process optimization, saving $200,000 in operational costs, and transforming incident response frameworks to align with NIST standards. Her technical proficiency spans leading security platforms including Splunk, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Magnet Forensics, EnCase and Proofpoint, combined with proven ability to translate complex security challenges into actionable executive-level strategies.

Stacey's leadership extends across the full security lifecycle—from building the insider threat program at Blackstone, to managing security investigations across 30 countries at TransUnion, to developing comprehensive incident response playbooks and security policies for federal agencies.
