I think about a job opportunity as a piece of a puzzle. 🧩 When you examine the job fulfillment process, there are many elements to consider. All of the pieces need to come together to form a finished project. You could consider the candidate’s first day of work the last piece that completes the puzzle. At that point, as a Recruiter, you stand back and get to see what you have accomplished. You may have many puzzles all going at the same time, but the feeling of achievement is the same every time. My career has evolved over time. One thing has remained the same: the involvement of marketing. When people think about Talent Acquisition, marketing isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. It really is an important piece to that puzzle, though. Every experience along my career trajectory has led me to this moment.
