•	Automated the process for accepting and fulfilling custom marketing requests from 35 regions. This reduced spending, increased efficiency and supported a five-fold increase of requests.

•	Established a web-based flyer program that resulted in a streamlined printing process, better quality control, quick adherence to legal and compliance changes and saved $2,000 per month on average.

•	Developed and expanded a bank-wide merchandising/point of sale program that included collateral and display materials for 1,500 branches. This successfully increased awareness of products and services to employees and clients.

•	Developed signage strategy for the Washington, DC regional area to improve branch awareness.

•	Improved affiliate marketing program, leading to sales of approximately 400 new accounts in 2008 and increased retention over prior year sales.

•	Researched untapped segments and created proposals for executive management leading to new cooperative marketing program with Food Lion.

•	Promoted marketing programs through presentations, public speaking and one-on-one discussions at conferences, trade shows and other events.

•	Managed cooperative partnership and events with Radio Disney leading to increased brand awareness and loyalty.

•	Created multi-media communications leading to rapid adoption of a new customer service system.
