Reporting to the VP of People, I am responsible for developing, aligning, and driving the execution of Oyster hiring strategies and talent programs, with overall responsibility for TA Strategy and management of our Global Talent Acquisition team. 

My core focus in this role includes:

• Maximizing efficiency, enablement, and planning for our global recruiting efforts
• Building a high-impact hiring strategy to ensure we have the talent required to drive business success
• Aligning programs to drive key initiatives within our internal and external hiring strategies
• Headcount management, recruiting enablement and insights, candidate experience and internal mobility programs
• Iterating and advancing our talent acquisition capacity model to accurately inform the optimal allocation of resources to meet hiring needs across our global workforce
