Hi, I'm Stacey! 👋 Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats - shift manager, hospitality night owl, small business owner (just to name a few!) and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the people are the heartbeat of any great organisation. 👯‍♀️ After years of leading teams, fixing chaos on the fly, and building things from scratch, I’ve decided to follow what truly lights me up: helping people grow and thrive in their careers. So now, I’m taking the leap into the varied world of Human Resources (and I am ✨SO EXCITED✨ to be stepping into a field I’m genuinely passionate about! 💃) Right now, I’m gaining hands-on experience in a whole range of areas such as recruitment, admin, and internal communications, while studying for a Business Management degree. My long-term goals? A Masters in HR, a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and a HR role with an organisation that shares my values. 🙌 I’m all about good vibes at work, lifting others up, and always learning.
