As the business intern my routine responsibilities included generating the monthly expense and revenue reports, processing accounts payable, and tracking patent expenses in the Inteum database. In addition to my routine responsibilities I also spearheaded multiple process improvement projects which included; interviewing the stakeholders, identifying the current state of the process and it's vulnerable areas, and working with a team to conceptualize a future state which would include developing new guidelines, internal controls, and tools.
