Our Ticket closing rate is based on the efficiencies of our streamlined process: rather than wait for Admins to review and determine what should be done with the ticket, we go straight to the people that know what to do, how to troubleshoot, who to follow up with and has the influential means to get to ticket closing within very short time periods.
