Recruiting Manager

Recruiting and Training Manager for 3 companies; AlerStallings Estate Planning Law Firm, Golden Reserve Retirement Planning Firm, and AS Advisors Administrative support group.  Responsibilities included but not limited to working with hiring managers to ensure cohesion regarding ideal job candidates, sourcing, posting jobs via ATS, sending job assessments, interviewing each new hire before introducing to the hiring team, actively recruiting candidates for niche roles, implementing new recruiting strategies on an ongoing basis, and also organizing and helping facilitate each new hire orientation class.  Assist with Human Resources and Employee Onboarding efforts.

Marriott Hotels/Pyramid Hotel Group

Sales Leader that owns the Business Transient, Corporate Group and Sports markets.  Responsible for working hand-in-hand with Marriott Field Marketing on the hotels Marriott Global marketing efforts.  Manages all social media and advertising efforts, ensuring the financial success of the hotel both short and long-term.  Oversees a team of 6 Sales, Catering and Administrative Support hospitality professionals.  Negotiates hotel contracts with groups, companies and vendors.  Responsible for completing annual marketing plans and implementation of both hotel overall and sales department budgets.  Enjoyed the challenge and completion of a total hotel renovation project.  Onboard and train new sales staff.  Welcome interns from Ohio State University and local High Schools, implementing self-developed training programs.  Completed Sales Shop Call courses conducted by Hospitality Softnet.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Embassy Suites/Aimbridge Hospitality

Senior- Level Sales Manager; tasked with contracting corporate events such as meetings, special events, and group room blocks.  Also managed, maintained and grew the hotels sports market.  Established new accounts through prospecting as well as community involvement. Maintained existing accounts by building strong business relationships build on trust and quick response times.  Consistently exceeded long term and short term revenue goals.    Completed Sales Shop Call and Sales Effectiveness courses conducted by Shepherd & Associates.

Corporate Sales Manager

Residence Inn by Marriott/First Hospitality Group

Solely responsible for maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel, while providing excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests. Worked closely with the hotel’s preferred accounts and group reservations.  Attended and completed Marriott 'Sales Edge' Boot Camp.

Crowne Plaza Toledo

Increased corporate and SMERF client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients.  Successfully generated and further boosted revenues for the hotel on a consistent basis.  Also went through a total renovation of the facility; along with a brand change from a Wyndham Hotel to Crowne Plaza Toledo.

Senior Sales Manager

With experience in hospitality, sales, and recruitment, I am an expert recruiter in the finance and law sectors. As a Recruiting Manager at Golden Reserve and AlerStallings, I lead the talent acquisition and onboarding process for various roles in the retirement planning and estate planning industries, using Predictive Index, Research Based Solutions, Paylocity and my knowledge of ATS systems.

I also plan and execute many events per year, from team outings to VIP corporate events.. I apply my creativity and organizational skills to create memorable experiences for our guests, clients, and employees. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for our companies, and helping them grow and succeed in their careers. 

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, shopping, being outdoors, spending time with my family, going to church, and listening to true crime podcasts.
