Head of VOC & Analytics

• Drove the data and insights strategy for digital customer and advisor experiences across the end-to-end user journey.
• Led a team of developers, analysts, and product owners to deliver data products and actionable insights to stakeholders across all levels of leadership at MassMutual. 
• Oversaw intake and delivery of self-service enabled reporting and distribution across several Business Intelligence platforms including Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Quantum Metric.
•  Fostered a culture of user obsession by connecting data products and insights to user value.
•  Mentored MassChallenge HealthTech startups and facilitated conversations across the enterprise to pilot innovative data science and digital solutions.

Product Manager - Strategy & Insights

•	Working closely with a team of data scientists, managed a product portfolio that generated over $9M in business value annually through the delivery of data science models used in underwriting. 
•       Drove the vision, strategy, development, and delivery of new data science solutions for MassMutual and its subsidiaries (Haven Life, LifeScore Labs) leveraging machine learning models in an API-based architecture to estimate mortality risk. 
•	Built lasting partnerships with stakeholders across the MassMutual enterprise including members of the Medical, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams. Led product discovery efforts by conducting research, strategizing with stakeholders, and analyzing opportunities within the MassMutual ecosystem.
•	Named Inventor of four data science patent applications.

Product Manager - Data Science

Greenfield Community College

• Drove all marketing and communications strategy and implementation. Managed direct reports, interns, contract hires, and vendor relationships. Served as a valued member of the President’s Staff and Senior Leadership Team.
• Received an NCMPR Gold Medallion Award for communications and surpassed all targets for lead generation, new business conversions, and customer engagement by leveraging data and new technologies.
• Led the development and implementation of a data-driven strategic marketing and communications plan that resulted in record levels of brand engagement (avg. +279% across all social media channels) and new lead generation (+12% in digital inquiries) during a time of declining enrollment in higher education.
• In conjunction with the CIO, led the strategic implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms. Led the development of enterprise-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial, operational, and sales performance.

PV Squared Solar (Pioneer Valley PhotoVoltaics Cooperative)

•	Directed all strategy and operations of a worker-owned solar installation company to achieve record revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction by embedding data and technology into every aspect of the company. 
•	Grew revenue from $6M to $11M in less than two years by focusing on user experiences, operational efficiencies, and quality lead generation strategies. 
•	Implemented new technologies to re-engineer the customer journey, resulting in a significant decrease in customer complaints and a 20% increase in organic referrals.

General Manager

•	Managed residential solar projects from sales to installation with a strong focus on the customer experience. 
•	Achieved fastest contract to installation timelines and improved customer satisfaction.
•	Led Salesforce integration planning and business process design activities.

Project Manager

Franklin Regional Council of Governments

•	Directed all traffic data collection, analysis, and reporting activities for the agency. 
•	Performed technical analyses to assess traffic flow, network efficiency, and infrastructure capacity.
•.     Managed all software and technologies for the traffic data collection program including applications, hardware, and platforms. 
•      Owned all data reporting and analysis shared with state (MassDOT) and federal (FHWA) agencies. 
•.     Built strong relationships with local, state, and federal partners.

Transportation Planning Engineer 

•	Performed traffic data collection and analysis activities.
•	Conducted transportation corridor studies, traffic impact and access studies, Chapter 43D planning studies, comprehensive and master planning studies, peer reviews, traffic circulation studies, and air quality and greenhouse gas analyses.

😕 I sent the email and noticed a typo. 

😬 I stepped off stage and realized I should have directed that question to my colleague. 

😐 I spoke up in a leadership meeting and used the wrong word. 

🙃 I had to correct some information I had shared with a coworker. 

And I've done these ALL within the past few weeks. 

And guess what? I'm still here. I'm still moving forward. I'm still making progress. 

In fact, all of those things are actually part of my growth. Sure, they can sting a little. But they also offer valuable insights into what I can continue to work on. 

I have also realized that striving for perfection comes at a cost. It can be a huge waste of time and energy. 

We can't be afraid to fail. Making mistakes is okay. It is how we learn. 

And if we're continuously pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones, mistakes should be expected.

Honestly, nothing. I’ve just put in the work.

I've gone to school at night while working full time. I pursue additional education and certification outside of work. I share my thoughts and insights on LinkedIn. I intentionally work to grow my professional network. I am constantly strategizing on how I can bring more value to my team and organization. I study industry trends. I spend nights and weekends thinking about the future of work. 

I try to put myself in a position to always be one step ahead. 

There's so much we can't control. 

But our own development is one thing that I believe we can. 

And I do. 

Never stop learning. Never stop growing. Never stop exploring.
