•       Drove the vision, strategy, development, and delivery of new data science solutions for MassMutual and its subsidiaries (Haven Life, LifeScore Labs) leveraging machine learning models in an API-based architecture to estimate mortality risk.

Led product discovery efforts by conducting research, strategizing with stakeholders, and analyzing opportunities within the MassMutual ecosystem.

• Drove all marketing and communications strategy and implementation. Managed direct reports, interns, contract hires, and vendor relationships. Served as a valued member of the President’s Staff and Senior Leadership Team.
