As a Marketing Operations Manager, I served as a strategic GTM Partner to the marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, I was responsible for generating valuable insights to inform key business decisions and fostered effective cross-departmental collaboration. -Ownership of the entire martech stack with a primary focus on our marketing automation platform Hubspot, our inbound lead conversion & scheduling app Chili Piper, our ABM platform 6sense, and our CRM Salesforce

-Led the implementation of 6sense, optimizing and enhancing our ABM strategy to enable targeted and personalized engagements with key accounts, resulting in increased pipeline efficiency, improved lead conversion, and strengthened revenue generation.

-Led the architecture and technical build of a first-touch contact & account based attribution model, giving marketing visibility into what channels were driving impact to pipeline generation

-Revamped marketing reporting and analytics, providing comprehensive visibility into pacing against quarterly goals and offering insights into top-of-funnel metrics, enabling data-driven optimization of spend and marketing strategy

-Brought the organization up to GDPR compliance by updating Hubspot forms with GDPR compliant language, identifying and sorting legitimate interest for the contact database, and developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for list uploads

As the first Marketing Operations hire, reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation, I played a pivotal role in driving insights to inform key business decisions. I successfully oversaw the management and facilitated cross-departmental collaboration of the marketing technology stack, tools, relevant integrations, and processes.

-Ownership of the entire martech stack with a primary focus on our marketing automation platform Hubspot & our inbound lead conversion & scheduling app Chili Piper, this includes all relevant integrations

-Focused on driving revenue attribution insights for the marketing team, I collaborated closely with the data team to establish best practices in tracking efforts using the robust framework of Snowplow analytics and Snowflake data cloud

-Worked alongside the marketing team to strategically plan, execute, and analyze key initiatives in event marketing, partner marketing, and customer marketing

-Developed key processes to stand up the event marketing team with our pre & post event initiatives including attribution framework and marketing to sales handoff to increase conversion and ROI

-Developed a current & desired state of marketing operations including outlining key infrastructural optimizations that needed to be made

Senior Marketing Operations Manager (impacted by layoff)

As the first Marketing Operations hire, I was brought on to define, create, and maintain the entire martech stack. I developed internal infrastructure for process documentation and implemented best practices across the marketing department.

-Daily management of the entire MarTech stack, including Marketo, Leandata, ZoomInfo, Zapier, and Intercom

-Worked closely with the Director of Demand Generation to provide full-funnel marketing reporting, marketing goal reporting, and pipeline tracking, driving the overall marketing department strategy

-Restructured and performed regular maintenance of the Marketo instance to ensure it was a best-in-class implementation, enabling impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing contribution to the business

-Supervised and analyzed marketing performance to provide recommendations for optimizing marketing activities and processes

-Collaborated with various marketing functions, including Product Marketing, to define and operationalize both prospect and customer lifecycle stages

-Built out the marketing-to-sales lead qualification and lead routing process through LeanData to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) were met

Ease is an online benefits enrollment system that makes it simple for insurance brokers and small business employers to set up and manage benefits, onboard new hires, stay compliant, and offer employees one destination for all their human resources information. Started in 2012 in San Francisco by employee benefits veteran David Reid and web and engineering architect Courtney Guertin, Ease creates a seamless HR and benefits processes on an easy-to-use system. It has offices in Las Vegas, New York, Omaha, and San Diego. Over 70,000 employers and over 2 million employees use the rapidly growing system.

ServiceChannel

-Demand Generation Campaign Management -  Responsible for planning, creating, implementing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase the volume of pipeline generated & conversion of closed-won deals 
 
-Interim Event Manager - Responsible for planning, implementing and executing ServiceChannel's event marketing strategy to drive and support current demand & lead generation efforts, while retaining current customers 

-Work closely with outside agencies to run & optimize our SEO, SEM, & Paid Social strategies 

-3 year of experience as a HubSpot superadmin with Inbound Marketing & Email Marketing certification 

-Responsible for helping improve CRM (HubSpot) infrastructure to enable clear reporting and attribution for the marketing and sales funnel

As a Marketing Manager who reported to the company's CMO, I was responsible for short-term tactical marketing efforts and long-term marketing strategy. My responsibilities included the following:

-Responsible for planning, creating, implementing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase lead volume 

-Maintained company website & associated landing pages including updating content & analyzing web traffic report

-Produced content for the monthly newsletter, press releases, & social media channels

-Researched and attended industry-related events and trade shows; coordinated and managed exhibit preparation and attendance

-Maintained and identified strategic partnerships and sponsorships

-Monitored and reported to the CMO monthly spending for the marketing department

-Managed the outbound telemarketing team
