KEY EXPERIENCES Head of Enterprise Development, Ericsson, 2023 Over 9 years, my team evolved a small Business Communication product, to a Mobile Unified Communication solution, to finally deliver it as a Toll-free SaaS for a US Tier 1 operator. Multiple innovations going to a fully cloudified delivery with analytics and self-service portal for the operator and its’ enterprise customers, serving the largest existing US Toll-free customer base, on a shared public cloud utilizing cloud scaling for savings in energy consumption and hardware resources. Head of IP Development, Ericsson China, 2013 Headhunted to support a struggling IP development program in China, me and the local team changed the delivery agility, quality, and predictability to top notch, introduced common build and test pipelines, and changed from continuous program escalations to the best performing IP software design center in Ericsson. Call Session Control Function, Ericsson, 2008 With architectural refactoring together with Linköping and Stockholm Universities we reached top notch (10 times) performance increase, replaced 44 competitor VoIP systems with 4 own at US largest broadband VoIP provider as well as in a major European operator, saving space, energy, and hardware resources.
