For the past 9 years, I've been doing training and talent development in the IT and Technology Distribution industries. I also run a private coaching practice that's allowed me to work with amazing professionals all over the world and help contribute to their growth and development. I'm driven to build systems and processes that deliver results and enhance performance. I like to balance abstract concepts with practicality. What's the real challenge we're trying to solve?
