- grew the tech team from 5 to 14 happy engineers, QAs and designer
- facilitated the implementation and execution of a "kill a 9 years old legacy code" strategy: taking it from a monolith proprietary framework to a reliable and secure micro services architecture

Worked for the P2P transactions team: 10 people composed of 3 backends, 2 frontends, 2 mobile developers, 1 devops, 1 QA & 1 PO
The team’s goal was to provide simple & secure online peer-to-peer transactions between buyers and sellers.

Tasks:
- integrated 3rd party payment APIs (Adyen, Mangopay)
- wrote unit tests with jest
- integrated responsive UIs on various user flows (Sass)
- created reusable components, added to the design system
- worked on performance optimization using lighthouse, increasing first paint and page load time
