Directly attached to the CEO, in charge of the management of a team of 5 engineers (pre-sales and post-sales)
Team scope :
• Working on deals with the sales team as pre-sales engineers, answering RFPs, security questionnaires, and performing demos in front of the prospects
• Framing PoCs, and acting as technical advisor to support the customer during the deployment of the GitGuardian platform (SaaS or self-hosted) in his environment
• Technical support for prospects and customers
• Delivering custom scripts to ease integration of the GitGuardian platform with 3rd party systems
In this context, as the leader of the SE team my personal responsibilities are :
• Creation of playbooks, demo scenarios for the Sales Engineering/Solutions engineering team
• Recruitment of the team
• Definition of the team objectives, and reporting of the team's activity to the CEO, with the creation of a custom Zendesk dashboard showcasing different KPIs
• Pre-sales and post-sales for enterprise customers

•	Roadmap definition, gathering needs from strategy, business and technical teams

Head of Product - Little Big Change

Criteo

Management of the team Central Technical Solutions Project (4 to 8 engineers) in charge of the following projects :
• CRM for Operations (Salesforce)
• Tools for Operations (portal of tools used for configuring all aspects of the Criteo campaigns (from campaign to banner management, segmentation, tag generators etc…) used by more than 150 engineers for their daily job
• Local Tools (providing and applying a strategy to host tools developed by local Operations teams around the world)
• Product Rollout for TS on Email and Display Advertising products

Team responsibilities :
• Organizing the projects, including deliveries and resource planning
• Gathering needs from the local operations teams (up to 400 users around the different offices)
• Delivering technical specifications to R&D teams, in collaboration with product team
• Coordinating pilot and test phases, including the collection of feedback from the end users during pilot testing
• Delivering training resources to local teams and training users around the main Criteo offices when releasing new tools or products (New York, Boston, London, Munich, Paris, Tokyo…)
• Fixing bugs on the Tools for Operations portal and developing new functionalities requested by users

Senior Manager of Central Technical Solutions Projects team

Management of the french Technical Solutions team (6 people) :
•	Recruitment, training, daily follow-up on the advancement of operational tasks, organization of weekly meetings and teambuilding events
•	Reporting the team’s activity to the Country Manager using a variety of KPIs : number of ongoing integrations, campaign launches, average integration time, etc … and also team’s recruitment and product rollout.
•	Developing action plans with Sales teams’ managers to reach and exceed quarterly objectives
•	Coordinating the deployment of new products with Central teams
•	Drafting the specifications for the development of new tools
•	Developing partnerships with Tag Container Systems, Analytics and Feed providers to better integrate in-house technologies with the ecosystem.

Operations Manager France

•	Supporting sales teams during presales
•	Technical contact for advertisers and publishers, providing support during their integrations
•	Monitoring the performance (conversion rate, CTR, CoS and other metrics) of a portfolio of advertisers & publishers to detect technical issues and advising them on possible optimizations, by setting up A/B tests and other actions.
