Stephen Baldwin. Creative. A man barely alive. We can rebuild him, we have the technology, we have the capability to make the world's first bionic man. Stephen Baldwin, will be that man. We can make him better than he was before. Better, stronger, faster. OK I might be playing it up a tad on the Ironman & six-million-dollar man references, but at the age of 25, after an extremely short spell in the gym, I collapsed, and two weeks later I was fully kitted out with a pacemaker and accompanying war wound, ready take on what life had to throw at me. Literally, a life changing event in my life and 13 years later the same device is still ticking and keeping this northern lad in the world of construction going. I'll soon be due an upgrade, and I might venture back to the gym one day, might! Before that, I was lost deciding in a career path, I found myself on a business studies degree and then, unexpectantly, found myself in the home of The Lord of the Rings (and bungee jumps!), New Zealand, on my placement year. I’m interested in all things fantasy, Sci-fi, gaming and the adventure of it all, New Zealand was the perfect place to be. Post degree I found myself pulled in the direction of the more creative parts of business, storytelling, championing the underdogs and unsung heroes of wherever I was. I’ve taken risks throughout my personal and professional life, moved up, down and across the career ladder.
