The role as Inside Sales Manager requires me to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities for further development and closure.

‘Project Leader’ primarily works closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and outstanding client satisfaction for the duration of the project. This is a pivotal role to manage the client relationship between the Callers (BDEs) and the Client and assisting the Accounts team to plan, execute and manage the client interface professionally at every stage of the project.

A Senior Business Development Executive is expected to work as a second in command to their team leader and be able to step in and manage the team when their Team Leader is engaged with additional commitments such as client meetings, interviews, appraisals etc. As well as this it is the responsibility of a Senior to deliver a high volume of top quality appointments, improving the company’s output as well as maintaining strong client relationships. In order to be successful in the role you need to be competent delivering appointments across a range of campaigns, whilst being able to offer advice and assistance to staff in all areas of the business.
