As a Solution Consultant at Adobe, I serve as the primary technical resource for our field sales force. In this crucial role, I actively drive and oversee the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working closely with the sales team, I take on the role of a key technical advisor and product advocate, providing valuable insights and guidance on Adobe's Customer Journey Management products (Marketo Engage, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer).

In my capacity as a Solution Consultant, I adopt a consultative approach, leveraging my expertise to establish myself as a subject matter authority and trusted advisor to our customers. Legio International (founded in 2004) is one of the leading Belgian retail players in the sale of bathroom items and sanitary ware (via X2O), and the sale of garden and indoor furniture and home accessories under the name Overstock.
After investing in digital transformation and customer journey optimization, Legio International created the ‘Digital Lead’ role within their IT technical team. As the ‘Digital Lead’ I’m, as a customer-centric manager, responsible for translating the needs of business into optimum solutions.
