He leads Vantage International deliver client growth in Strategic Workforce Management, Ecommerce Conversion Optimization, Ecommerce Marketplace Operations, and Executive training for adapting Amazon style concepts (i.e. hiring bar raising, CX Reviews, team organization, Decision quality through writing) into your organizations. Stefan co-founded Foundry brands, winning $100M in equity funding for a brand platform to acquire and grow enduring brands with NPD, strategic sourcing, and omnichannel optimization (Amazon, Shopify DTC, and Walmart). Foundry increased revenue and ebitda across 9+ brands in its Brand aggregator portfolio. In his previous role at Amazon, Stefan drove conversion performance, design, and engineering for product shopping pages , aka "Detail page". As a member of the Amazon Consumer Shopping leadership team, Stefan contributed to the strategy and innovation driving Amazon's home page, navigation, checkout, and product pages worldwide, across all devices (PC, mobile, tablet). During his 6+ years in Amazon Marketplace, Stefan led the buildout of tools used by sellers, vendors, and brands to manage their Amazon businesses - Seller Central, Seller Mobile, and Seller APIs. Stefan has managed engineering, data science, design, and product teams worldwide from India to Romania, interviewed over 1200 job candidates, conducted 1000's of ecommerce A/B tests resulting in conversion improvements generating over $2.5B.
