My Key Responsibilities include:
• Define and set the go-to-market plan for the Scandinavian Territory, aligned with Managing Director and Senior Sales Engineer
• Define and drive Pipeline Generation, Account Planning & Deal Progression strategies according to MEDDPICC, Solution Selling & Miller Heiman
• Nurture existing vital customer base, whilst working heavily with expanding net new logo footprint
• Effectively multi-thread with various Key Personas in organisations, all the way from C-level to developers in both Private and Public Accounts
• Own and prepare sales forecasts and related reports
• Utilise and coordinate internal resources to achieve target objectives
• Manage and expand the Partner Ecosystem
• Represent InterSystems at various events and different media channels

Sales Executive

MongoDB is a Developer Data Platform and Database Technology, headquartered in New York, with over 40,000 customers in over 100 countries.

Key responsibilities: 
• Proactively identify, rigorously qualify and close a complex sales pipeline consisting of multiple layers. To achieve this, I leverage MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message and the Challenger Sales Methodology 
• Strategically prospect, pipeline generate and build Champions/Advocates with CxOs, Engineering & IT Leaders
• Partner with Solution Architects, Customer Success and Professional Services to drive customer engagement and deepen customer value
• Work closely with the ecosystem consisting of Cloud providers / ISVs / Tech partners, leverage mutual synergies to provide even deeper customer value
• Travel to the office in Stockholm and customers on-site on a weekly basis

Key achievements during the period:
• 220k NARR closed in Q4 FY23 (88% of fully ramped Q target)
• New logo landed (Viaplay)
• 100% renewal rate in Q4 FY23, including heavy discount removals

Key experiences:
• Was part of a major company transformation, shifting focus from large commit/subscription deals to consumption-driven sales and elastic growth
• Navigated a changing patch of accounts, including the Industry, Public Sector, MedTech, Telecom, Streaming and Automotive verticals
• Part of heavy organisational changes, involving a 80% reduction in the salesforce, three Regional Directors leaving, and the Regional Vice President for the Nordics changed

Enterprise Account Executive

ALTEN Sweden

ALTEN is one of Europe’s leading engineering consulting companies listed on Paris’ stock exchange with over 55,000 employees.

Key responsibilities: 
• Sales and management of engineering services within Autonomous Driving, Embedded Systems and Electromobility, focusing on software development and testing. The engineering services include mainly work package deliveries/fixed price projects, but also individual consultant assignments
• Recruitment of highly skilled engineers within these fields 
• P&L and personnel responsibility of over 45 consultant engineers, Sweden’s third largest individual business unit at $4.5M ARR, built up organically from scratch. Ensuring to maximise the engineers' deliveries by driving career coaching, personal growth and team building.

Notable deliveries:
• Volvo Cars - Work Package delivery towards their Core System Platform, focusing on the development of the VolvoCars.OS Middleware (Distributed Service Framework) enabling Autonomous Driving, another one for a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) of the next generation SW and HW Architecture (run onNVIDIA, QNX and Linux), one more for Testing and Integration of their next-gen Core Computers
• Volvo Trucks - Work Package delivery satellite towards their ADAS organisation, supporting with various software deliveries for their Active Safety and Data Analysis functions
• CEVT - Development and testing of their Phone as Key function, enabling their cars to be locked/unlocked and shared with mobile phone devices

Senior Business Manager

Key achievements during the period
• Awarded ALTEN Sales Person of the Year 2020
• Promoted to Senior Business Manager by end of 2020
• In 2019, finished third in the Swedish organisation in terms of net sales (consultants on assignments, minus finalised assignments) out of 80 Business Managers.

Key sales and project activities:
• Landed 4 new customers to the portfolio
• The only Manager in the Gothenburg office to sell a work package delivery every year since start of employment
• Recognised as having sold some of the highest priced and strategically most important projects in the organisation

Business Manager

Amring AB

Amring was a part of the Dutch PON Group with 13,000 employees, being one of Sweden’s largest tire wholesalers with 330 million SEK in turnover and 35 employees.

Key responsibilities: 
• As the Managing Director’s right hand, also a natural part of the Management Team, I acted as the link between the MD and the rest of the organisation.
• Leading role in several business development projects, examples being the implementation of a customer portfolio system and a pricing tool to ensure the gross margins sought. Also acted as the supporting project leader in a nation-wide sales offensive where 1,500 customers were visited.
• Involved in the sale of Amring in May 2018, as it was acquired by Van den Ban Group, one of Europe’s largest tire wholesalers

Key achievements during the period:
• Development, tiering and implementation of a customer portfolio system to all the inside-sales agents, involving around 3,000 customers
• Together with the Sales Manager, developing a pricing tool to trace the net margin and map the most profitable customers
• Acted as the supporting project leader in a nation-wide sales offensive where 1,500 customers were visited
• Shortened the distance between the Management Team and the line organisation
• Involved in the sale of Amring as a company, doing the internal due diligence to build the pitch and presentation together with the Managing Director

Key sales and project activities:
• In May 2018, Amring was successfully sold to Van den Ban Group
• In only 6 months, Amring cut losses from -40M SEK, to -34M SEK despite hiring 15 new employees net
• Increasing the gross margin from 15% to 20%
• Having its first profitable month in over 4 years, in January 2018

Executive Assistant

For the Master’s Degree Project, I investigated how motorsports can profit financially from sustainable and environmental value creation. A term defined as, “making the future business case, today”.

• The thesis included a pragmatic case study, combining the perspectives of Formula 1 and Formula E.
• The data was collected through 37 interviews with vital stakeholders in the industry; ranging between the World Motor Sport Council, the FIA, Formula E, Silverstone, McLaren, DHL but also local actors like the Swedish Government and Parliament.
• Without any prior contacts in the industry, I managed to arrange all interviews by myself.
• The journey was concluded by presenting the thesis’ recommendations to Formula One and Formula E in September 2017.
• Cited in the book "The Future of Motorsports: Business, Politics and Society" published in 2023.

• My personal target was to maximise the probability of a good sale; creating memorable impacts on the customers by sharing the unique feeling of the brand while satisfying their demands rationally.

• Viewed as a practical part of my education and personal development.
• Was quickly awarded the role as a Key Account Manager for Volvo Cars. 
• Sharpened my informal capabilities in terms of Executive Sales and project delivery for such. 
• The most successful project I sold was a workshop about manufacturing strategy, the customer being the Executive who set up Volvo Cars’ latest factory in the United States.

• Spent the summer prior to graduation at Volvo Group’s customer service department; mainly handling international orders for spare parts to ensure efficient and qualitative deliveries. 
• The position provided me unique insights about the complexities supply chains entail, requiring immense alignment. 
• The main-take was how easily a lack of proactive communication throughout a supply chain can compromise the competitiveness of a firm.

• A summer job at International Paint’s customer service department, a subsidiary of the AkzoNobel Group. 
• I mainly assisted the staff to receive and handle orders from customers and distributors. The work tasks further included other administrative assignments, as doing so-called ‘buy backs’, coordinate the European inventory and order paint recipes not yet in production. 
• Prior to my experience at the Volvo Group, this job taught me the difficult position the customer service function is subjected to, required to take the “fights” for a company’s customers internally.

To achieve this, I believe that preparation and diligence, combined with effectiveness and cadence, is key.
