In 2018, hired as Executive Partner with the objective of establishing an entirely new global revenue stream and product portfolio (B2B Sales Outsourcing) besides the traditional Hemmersbach Group core business. Within two years, Salescode became a known expert in Sales Outsourcing for the Software industry. 

Appointed as CEO in 2019 to lead the spin-off and transformation of Salescode to a completely independent organization with six global main delivery hubs, more than 50+ global entities, and more than 800+ global talents. Salescode has been growing year over year, for the last three consecutive years, with at least 2,5x to a high two-digit millions annual recurring revenue. 

• Define, execute, and track global company strategy
• Create, communicate, and execute the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction
• Working closely and soliciting advice and guidance from the board of directors of Salescode
• Define and evolve the go-to-market model and strategy to be highly successful in the very competitive BPO environment
• Define, establish, and evolve product offerings and solutions to offer comprehensive solutions to Salescode’s clients
• In charge of Global Program Delivery, Finance, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Training and Development and Business Intelligence & Innovation
• Establish and evolve roles and departments required for the success of Salescode

As a VP for Global Account Development, I built this department from scratch before it turned operationally in November 1st, 2016 with the ambition to 

- Drive significant but profitable growth in existing Global Key Accounts
- Identify and realize the uncovered potential in these Accounts
- Increase SELLBYTEL‘s share of wallet 
- Strengthen collaboration by implementing more programs on a worldwide level
- Drive SELLBYTEL‘s global footprint in AMS, EMEA, and APAC

In my role, I manage a virtual global team of senior sales reps to drive strategic growth of SELLBYTEL's existing global key accounts that are the #1 in their sectors IT, ISP and Software. The focus is on white space acquisition and its sustainable development to drive share of wallet.
Work closely with the respective Account Management Teams to define and consult on joint actions to unlock incremental growth within their accounts. 

-Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
-Ongoing development of sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring and training new reps on SELLBYTEL products, its organization, processes, tools, and unique selling points
-Conduct weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports re: strategies to drive closure.
-Reports on sales activity and forecast to CEO
-Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results
-Consult and support in larger opportunities across all departments
-Work one-on-one with sales reps to brainstorm new ideas and pitches, cultivate relationships, and to create integrated packages and proposals
-Ensure employees work and sell with integrity and clearly communicate expectations of performance and establish and maintain a professional and motivated staff
-Interact with Global customers on C-Level and drive the development of strategic business opportunities to position the SELLBYTEL product portfolio

Vice President Global Account Development / Member of the Management Board

Global commercial leadership for the entire outsourced sales, service- and support organization for the worldwide biggest computer manufacturer (Fortune 50) with accountability for P&L and a multi-million direct annual revenue stream across 40+ programs.

- Reports into the VP Global Key Accounts and jointly decide on overall account set strategy and focus
- Manage, retain and grow run rate business
- Lead a team of Account Managers and assign targets and programs
- Oversee the entire customer relationship, own customer experience and satisfaction harmonized with SELLBYTEL commercial activities
- Full accountability for P&L
- Work closely with regional and local delivery organizations of SELLBYTEL to orchestrated and harmonize the delivery of our services
- Create account coverage plans to ensure target achievement across countries and regions
- Develop the team members guide and coordinate personal development plans, particularly training, provide career planning and runt performance reviews no a regular basis
- Forecast and deliver additional growth and run rate business, driving directly the larger opportunities by staying very active in the field and working closely with the team members
- Keep the Team Members focused in the development of their programs
- Interact with Global customers on C-Level and drive the development of strategic business opportunities to position the SELLBYTEL product portfolio
- Oversee new global project implementations to ensure a smooth transition and successful program start
- Consult delivery teams during ramp up and stabilization phase of a project
- Ensuring top to bottom quality and service delivery with big picture objectives, and setting overall strategy.
