- SPECIALIZED!: Recruiting doctors from Jordan, Mexico and Columbia who want to be trained as medical specialists in Germany and work for German clinics permanently. 
BTW: There is no restiction as to the country of origin if you want to specialize in the area of Psychiatry! For 9 years I was in touch with clients who often suffered from physical and emotional pain. We need good doctors (like you?) who love helping people recover and/or enable them to help themselves. - CAREERS IN BW: Recruiting engineers from Jordan to come and live in Baden-Wuerttemberg.

- HAND IN HAND FOR INTERNATIONAL TALENTS: Recruiting resp. accompanying interviews with people from Vietnam, India and corresponding employers from the hospitality and IT-sector.

Employment and Recruiting Specialist (international focus)

In-depth and frequent conversations with clients with German residency and from many areas of expertise who required more assistance in job hunting than others. 
Looking for the cause of clients' struggles with it, then setting up a goal to achieve, divided into small steps to follow along. 
Offering a variety of services, e.g. shedding a light on the clients' strenghts and defining them, working on application documents, providing interview training, explaining employers' needs and German labour market etc. 
Offering further training and courses with the assistance of external providers if necessary. 
Directing clients to other professional institutions regarding health/financial/housing issues.

Employment Consultant with systemic approach (national focus)

Having graduated in Linguistics and Psychology, I worked as a recruiter for German companies for a couple of years. But there was an inner calling, and so I decided to follow it and moved on to Canada. That was quite an adventure! Coming back to Germany finally, I took a chance and applied with the Federal Employment Agency...  and here I am, it has been 10 years already! I enjoy talking to people, to analyze and empathize, and to help them live a working life they can enjoy.
