Joined the team as an experienced inside sales representative with the task of increasing our pipeline in the northeast of the United States, while also mentoring the more junior members of the team. Starting in October, I became a team manager while continuing to manage a reduced territory. Since then, I have been involved in various activities, such as hiring and training new team members, creating individual and team targets as well as incentive plan, among others.

My role was to generate new leads by delivering the Company’s messaging on differentiators via multiple channels of communication (emails, cold calling, LinkedIn). I was focused on the SMID market, emphasizing biotechs across Europe with all relevant actions regularly documented in CRM. To ensure that the right companies were targeted, continuous prospecting via different tools and regular territory planning was conducted. In addition, our team worked closely with various internal stakeholders to maximize the outcome of the outreach.

Completed my Pharmacy internship where I was able to work in several different Pharmacies (Liman, Spens, Sremska Kamenica). During that time, I was assigned various tasks, such as unpacking and sorting drugs with the following administration, communicating with patients and dispensing drugs, narcotics and OTC, dissolving antibiotic syrups, etc. under the supervision of a Pharmacist.

Did my pharmacy student practice in BENU Pharmacy, where I was introduced to different drugs lists, sorting of the drugs and other products in Pharmacy, communication with patients, electronic recipes system, receiving and handling the arriving drugs and other products alongside other things under the mentorship of MPharm Klaudija Kilom

Attended Student Exchange Programme (SEP), the internship provided by International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF). During the period of my internship in pharmacy Convallaria in Poznan, I was introduced to the insurance system in Poland and I dispensed some prescriptions under mentorship of professor dr Marek Simon.

PSANS

Was a member of Pharmacy Students' Organization of Novi Sad (PSANS) team and except helping other members with their project, my main obligation was the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) project - Moving On, which includes gathering information and evaluation of pharmaceutical curriculum with the purpose of improving the educational system of pharmacy studies internationally.
