This conviction is one of the reasons why I have been teaching at the LEUPHANA University in Lüneburg, where I studied myself, since 2011 alongside my previous companies. My current focus is on the digitalization of business models, especially in e-commerce. In my seminar I impart knowledge that should help students to decide faster and more efficiently in the future how digital business models can be brought to success through technology, customer experience and the right organizational structures. My learning curve in these seminars is also positive.

Die letzten Jahre waren voll mit Überraschungsmomenten - Konsumkrise, KI, China etc. Das hat viele Unternehmen in den Überlebensmodus versetzt. Wir haben vor allem reagiert, statt agiert.

Verständlich. Aber wenn ich eines gelernt habe, dass der E-Commerce voller Wandel ist und wir auf morgen vorbereitet sein müssen. Und bis auf Hypothesen habe ich wenig Konkretes und faktenbasiertes dazu gelesen.

Deshalb habe ich mit Statista 1.000 Konsument:innen nach ihrem Konsumverhalten befragt und gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Branchen-Insidern die Insights in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzt.

Etribes Vision E-Com Studie 2030

Kürzlich haben wir einen neuen Praktikant bei Etribes eingestellt. Und irgendwie kam dir das Gesicht seltsam vertraut vor… 🤔

Schon seit 10 Jahren unterrichte ich an der Leuphana Universität zu den Themen E-Commerce Trends, Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle.

Aus jedem dieser Seminare habe ich mindestens eine Person in das Unternehmen mitgebracht, in dem ich zu dem Zeitpunkt arbeitete.

Und so war es auch bei dem lieben Casper Hermann aus meinem vorletzten Seminar, der jetzt Praktikant bei uns ist.

Und profitieren tun wir alle davon

1️⃣ Casper hat die Chance, den theoretischen Kram, den er in der Uni gelernt hat, mal im echten Leben zu vertesten und Office Luft zu schnuppern 

2️⃣ Ich habe die Chance mit jungen Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten, die ich bereits in der Uni betreut habe und die mir regelmäßige aha Momente liefern.

3️⃣ Und Etribes bekommt die volle Ladung an frischen Willen, kreativen Ideen und einer Ambition wie sie nur junge Studienabsolventen haben.

Und genau deswegen sollten mehr Unternehmen mit Studenten zusammenarbeiten und Praxisseminare anbieten.

👉 Diese jungen Menschen kommen meistens aus einer ganz anderen Lebenssituation und Generation, die Konsum und Prozesse aus einer ganz anderen Richtung denken.

Nur eine neue Erkenntnis aus einer Seminararbeit kann enorme Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen haben - es wäre nicht das erste Mal, dass ich das erlebe.

Abschließend profitiert davon der gesamte Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland - durch einen Fachkräfte-Nachwuchs, der es nicht nur fachlich auf dem Kasten hat, sondern praktisch.
