* Increased inbound productivity by 300% in 1 quarter by separating the inbound motion from the outbound motion in EMEA. 
* Overachieving 120% quota in pipeline generation in Q4 22.
* Globalising BDR processes & collaboration between departments to increase efficiency and  predictability
* Using a data driven strategy to increase team performance and  support the sales organisation (SFDC, Outreach, 6Sense, etc, etc) 
* Increasing usage of supporting tools as SFDC, Outreach, Zoominfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn and collaborating with enablement to stimulate personal development of the teammembers.

Sales management - Business Development, EMEA

In this role I help new team members to become top sales professionals who can identify oppoprtunities in the market and help orgnisations to get in touch with Siteimprove. On a day-to-day, I give coaching and support for everyone in my team and office to help them grow in their career. 

Over the course of a few months, we have built a recruitment and onboarding process which resulted in a team growth from 7 to 26 team members. 

All with a smile on my face and still overachieving all personal KPI's.

Silverfin is all about Connecting Accounting.
And it's my job to introduce accountants in this new way of working.

How? By getting a good view on the accounting market and getting in touch with the respective decision makers. I inform them how our clients used to work in the past and how Silverfin has added value to the accountants. We discuss the working processes and how Silverfin can connect workflows for a more streamlined accounting process. 

Responsible for outbound and inbound activities, qualifying prospects and hosting the initial meetings with top tier accountancy firms in the Netherlands.

Robin | The A.I. Sourcing Tool

Robin uses Artificial Intelligence to optimize the sourcing of candidates. Our sourcing tool is being used by employers to automate their sourcing & pre-screening processes. Relevant candidates are found via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms. Robin makes recruitment faster and allows recruiters more time for personal contact with relevant candidates. 

In my role, I was responsible for the complete sales cycle and account management. On the other hand, I was also tasked with creating the sales funnel, optimising the company sales strategy and creating a scalable process.
When I started there was no sales process, no clients and no messaging. After I left there were over 70 customers and a scalable, steady sales process.

I personally am very interested in Tech, Data and innovation. In my free time I’m researching for my investment portfolio and I enjoy playing several sports or playing an enormous amount of board games with friends.
