grit:lab is an innovative coding program initiative, inspired by the 01 Edu pedagogy on the Åland Islands. It's designed for adults seeking to acquire new tech and development skills to enhance their career prospects. 
As a Community Manager, my responsibilities extend to arranging different student events, partner events, and happenings like grit:lab Talks, indoor and outdoor activities. One of the most significant events this year was the Åland Tech Meetup in May 2023, a collaboration between grit:lab and Paf. It was a major success, bringing together tech enthusiasts and professionals from various industries. Alongside these tasks, I handle administrative duties and manage all Social Media content for grit:lab.

During my time working as a Responsible Gaming Specialist at Paf, I had the opportunity to contribute to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. I joined the team as a temporary replacement for a colleague on maternity leave, which allowed me to gain valuable experience and insights into the responsible gaming field. Some of my key responsibilities and tasks included:

Support and help other teams, such as the customer team in regards to RG questions from customers. 
Responsible for the Play Responsibly page at the Paf group sites ensuring they are up to date and improved when necessary. 
Responsible for the RG online education and a contact person for SI in regard to the education. 
Execute and co-develop operational tasks according to internal processes regarding RG.
Handle administrative tasks such as updating data connected to RG. 

Some of the noteworthy accomplishments during my time include:
Updated online self-test for customers: I played a key role in developing an online self-test for customers. This tool allows individuals to assess their own gambling behavior and encourages responsible gambling practices. 

Updated mandatory RG online training: I spearheaded the revision of mandatory online RG training for all Paf employees. This training focused on raising awareness about responsible gaming, providing employees with the knowledge and tools to identify and address potential issues related to gaming and gaming behavior.

Increased participation in RG online training among croupiers. Upon joining the Responsible Gaming team, I observed that only around 30% of croupiers had completed the RG training. Through targeted efforts and engagement, I successfully increased participation to 70-80% by the end of my tenure.

As a bingo chat host I was responsible for a good communication with customers and I was running a variety of different activities in the bingo room. I ensured that it is a good atmosphere and a friendly tone in the chat, so that  players feel welcome and want to come back to play.

During my visual merchandising career in  Debenhams I defined, designed and implemented a creative visual merchandising strategy. I created appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. I also produced window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays. I took part in different visual merchandising trainings held in different countries in Europe.

My visual merchandiser career started at H&M in 2014. I started as a floor stuff in 2013 but was soon drawn to a visual world. After several training in Poland and in local stores I worked as a full time visual merchandiser. I have worked in all H&M store departments and taken part in two store openings in Estonia. I loved to work with garments while driving business through creativity, fashion 
consciousness and commerciality's.
Some of my daily tasks included:  Garment presentation according to H&M guidelines (Commercial Handbook, Department Book & Seasonal Book, Visual Merchandising Book, Technical Book, Sales Tools & Store Information). Planning and implementing all store campaigns and activities together with the store team. Training, coaching and giving daily feedback on garment presentation to the store staff.
