Each project was like a new puzzle – starting with building the implementation concept, conducting detailed audits, and developing feasibility studies.

In my work, I utilized Agile methodologies, ensuring a flexible approach to project management that allowed for adaptability to changing project needs. Tools like Microsoft Project, GanttProject, Microsoft Excel, as well as CRM and ERP systems, were invaluable in supporting organization and efficiency.

I represented the company at industry conferences, sharing knowledge and building the company’s reputation as an expert in Industrial IT. At the same time, I established relationships with new clients and business partners, expanding the company’s portfolio.

I also oversaw client accounts as part of Account Management, ensuring that every client felt well-supported and that their needs were met to the highest standards.

Working as a Project Manager provided me with a space to combine my passion for technology with the practical aspects of management and building business relationships. Each task – from planning to execution – became an opportunity for growth and broadening my horizons.

As an Automation Programmer, I had the opportunity to combine my technical passion with organizational skills while managing projects in PLC, SCADA, and MES. My responsibilities went beyond programming; I also coordinated the work of programming teams and subcontractors to ensure projects were delivered in alignment with business and technological goals.

Each project began with developing a solid concept – analyzing available production technologies and designing solutions tailored to the client’s requirements. I conducted audits and prepared detailed feasibility studies, which served as the foundation for further action.

Working on projects in the food, home appliances, and automotive industries provided me with the chance to implement modern technological solutions. I developed commercial offers, including detailed technical specifications and pricing, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.

Focusing on business relationships, I also managed client care, providing support and addressing their needs at every stage of cooperation. I approached each project as both a challenge and an opportunity to refine my skills.

Working as an Automation Programmer was not just about expanding my technical knowledge. It was during this time that I discovered my enthusiasm for business development: building relationships with clients and business partners opened new opportunities for the company – and for me personally.

As a Junior Automation Programmer, I took my first steps in implementing PLC, SCADA, and MES projects, gaining experience in the food and home appliances industries. My main responsibility was collaborating with a team of programmers, where I had the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and work together to create solutions tailored to client needs.

I participated in developing project specifications and commercial offers, which helped me understand how to align technical aspects with business requirements. Preparing detailed technical specifications for cost estimates became a great exercise in precision and analytical thinking.

Supporting clients in the food industry was an important part of my role – I ensured they felt cared for and confident that their needs were being met at the highest level.

The position of Junior Automation Programmer provided me with an excellent start, allowing me to build a solid technical foundation and understand the workings of the industrial automation environment. It was here that I learned the importance of teamwork, precision, and being open to new challenges.

Jak to będzie wyglądało w tym roku?
 
 
Europejski sektor produkcji samochodów staje się niestety coraz mniej konkurencyjny.
Ciągle rosnące koszty energii, pracy i zwiększona regulacja powodują, że rynek nam ucieka.
Do tego dochodzi konkurencja z Chin, która w kategorii samochodów elektrycznych pożera rynek kawałek po kawałku.
Wystarczy spojrzeć, jak w Polsce kolejne salony samochodowe zmieniają barwy na te spod Chińskiego logo.
 
Z raportu przygotowanego przez CLEPA - European Association of Automotive Suppliers wynika, że jeśli sytuacja się nie zmieni, to w ciągu najbliższych pięciu lat poza Europę może odpłynąć nawet 24% wartości dodanej w produkcji przeciętnego samochodu.
 
#Polska jest jednym z największych eksporterów części i komponentów.
Niestety coraz więcej producentów odwraca od nas wzrok w kierunku, gdzie tabelki w excelu wydają się bardziej zielone.

NVIDIA coraz bardziej zaczyna rozpychać się na rynku dostarczania infrastruktury krytycznej, jaką staje się moc obliczeniowa.
 
Od czego to wszystko się zaczęło?
 
Najpierw układy graficzne, które zmieniły rynek gier.
Później absolutna rewolucja, która zapoczątkowała myśl zastąpienia 18 #GPU, 2000 procesorów #CPU.
To spowodowało spadek kosztów mocy obliczeniowej i doprowadziło do tego, że owa moc jest tak ogólnodostępna dla nas wszystkich.
 
Większość aplikacji i systemów obecnie działa w infrastrukturze klient-serwer, gdzie to na serwerze odbywa się główna część „myślenia” i „liczenia”.
Efekt?
Na telefonie za 300 zł, który ma dostęp do Internetu możesz mieć taką samą moc obliczeniową (korzystać z wielu dobrodziejstw #AI), jak na komputerze za 100 000 zł.
 
Dziś NVIDIA osiągnęła wycenę sięgająca prawie 4,5 biliona dolarów, co przyczynia się na podbój kolejnych rynków.
Przykład?
Ostatnio zapowiedziana inwestycja w ElevenLabs.
Ponadto budowa systemu wykorzystującego 10 gigawatów mocy na który składa się 4-5 milionów jednostek przetwarzania grafiki w ramach współpracy z OpenAI.
 
Co sprawia, że firma radzi sobie tak dobrze?
 
- Długofalowa strategia, która koncentruje się na kontroli podaży mocy obliczeniowej i platform #AI, dzięki #CUDA Toolkit.
- Niesamowita konsekwencja w działaniu.
- Nieustanne bycie krok przed rynkiem.
 
Co łączy największe firmy na świecie?
 
To, że są w stanie kontrolować ekosystemy w swojej branży.
Nierzadko bardzo wąskiej i wysoce specjalistycznej.

Grywalizacja, czyli wykorzystanie mechanizmów świetnie znanych z gier (punktacja, nagrody, wyróżnienia) do celów niezwiązanych z rozrywką - np. praca zawodowa, w taki sposób, żeby osiągnąć większą efektywność tych celów.
Zjawisko szeroko znana i stosowane, choć rzadko realizowane z zamierzonym skutkiem.
 
Gdzie może mieć miejsce?
 
– Wnioski KAIZEN za premię,
– Rankingi jakości i bezpieczeństwa,
– Wewnętrzne Hackathony,
 
Wymieniać można długo.
 
Problem zaczyna się wtedy, gdy energia pracowników za bardzo jest kierowana do wewnątrz, w stronę rywalizowania z kolegami. To może pogorszyć atmosferę i paradoksalnie obniżyć efektywność.
W skrajnych przypadkach ktoś może dojść do wniosku, że bardziej opłaca się brać udział w rywalizacji niż wykonywać swoje podstawowe zadania. Tak rodzi się nieformalny „dział ciągłego doskonalenia”, który działa kosztem innych obszarów.
 
Osobiście uważam, że samo wprowadzenie narzędzi pokazywania, że ktoś robi coś ponad swoje oczekiwane minimum jest dobre. Pokazuje to, że firma dostrzega takie starania.
 
Super jest też wykorzystaniem pomysłów pracowników do usprawnień.
Często tych naprawdę dobrych.
Wiem, bo sami to stosujemy, dzięki naszej platformie #IDEAS.
 
Warto jednak mocno przetestować i przedyskutować tego typu rozwiązania przed wprowadzeniem “na produkcję”, żeby nie wylać przysłowiowego dziecka z kąpielą i nie nadszarpnąć mocno kultury organizacyjnej.
Grywalizacja działa wtedy, gdy wspiera wspólne cele firmy, a nie nakręca wyłącznie rywalizacji wewnętrznej.

Zacznijmy może od tego, na czym to wszystko polega…
 
Wybija godzina zero (12:00) i pojawiają się na stronie internetowej zadania do wyboru z określonymi nagrodami.
Po nieco ponad 24 godzinach od rozpoczęcia kodowania zwycięzców wyłania jury.
W tym czasie należy stworzyć soft, który spełnia wymogi zadania i prezentację, która go przedstawia.
 
Co zauważyłem konsultując się z różnymi zespołami?
 
🔴 Budujemy zespoły wyłącznie bazując na skillach twardych i umiejętnościach programistycznych. Dobrą stroną takiego wyboru jest to, że można rozparcelować zadanie na mniejsze taski, które każdy technicznie dowiezie. Jaki jest minus? Brakuje kogoś kto zepnie początek (rozkmina o kierunku), koniec (prezentacja) i podsumowanie (pitch).

🔴 Zbyt szybko przechodzimy do programowania. Jasne, to jest esencja całego eventu. Ale czy podczas pracy projektowej nie wygląda to podobnie? Dostajemy dokumentacje i bez refleksji nad tym, kto finalnie będzie obsługiwał system, jaki element całości tworzymy - przechodzimy do kodowania…

🔴 Zbyt często komplikujemy sobie robotę programistyczną, szukając w inżynierii wyróżnika konkurencyjnego. Tymczasem ten wyróżnik powinien być przede wszystkim w prostocie. Oprogramowanie (w większości przypadków) i tak później obsługuje człowiek, którego uwaga i skupienie z roku na rok jest coraz mniejsze. Im trudniej będzie mu znaleźć to czego szuka, tym większe Prawdopodobieństwo, że nie będzie korzystał z systemu. Stąd przewagę buduje się dzięki dobremu #UX i #UI oraz tego jak współpracuje z tym co się dzieje z tyłu.

🔴 Sposób sprzedaży pomysłu ma znaczenie. Trzeba nabyć umiejętność (mieć kogoś w zespole), kto będzie w stanie pomysł wyjaśnić w prosty sposób, a następnie umieć z tego zrobić krótką (poniżej 10 slajdów) prezentację. Mniej znaczy więcej (zresztą nie tylko w tym przypadku). Kod musi działać - to jasne. Ale jeżeli nie jest klarowne to, co i jak robi (a przede wszystkim dlaczego tak), to niestety pójdzie “do szuflady”.

🔴 Dobór zadania (kierunek rozwoju), który nie jest oparty na naszych przewagach jako zespołu (firmie). Powinniśmy częściej przemyśleć to, w czym jesteśmy lepsi od innych z uwzględnieniem: kompetencji twardych, znajomości technologii ale też grupy docelowej i niuansów związanych z obsługą konkretnego sektora.
 
Niezależnie czy w #SoftwareHouse, czy na #Hackathon siła jest w drużynie.
Składają się na nią dwa czynniki:
 
– Zapewnieniem najlepszego człowieka do danego zadania.
– Współpracy i kolektywie połączonym z odpowiednimi rolami w zespole.
