UKG One View, previously Immedis, is a leader in Global Payroll Solutions. Businesses operating globally have multiple laws, regulations, taxes, employee rights, currencies, benefits providers, etc to consider when paying a global workforce. This is a mammoth challenge considering payroll is the number 1 cost in large businesses, with minimal room for error. 

One View brings a single global platform approach to this challenge to ensure there is global consistency, whilst still taking into consideration local market complexities and nuances.

In my 2.5 years at Immedis, I have been responsible for bringing on 8 new enterprise logos and > $5M in ARR. I was #1 sales person for 2023 with the largest company deal closed to date.

Regional Sales Manager

Eggplant

Responsible for managing a team of 4 individuals, aligned to the Telecommunications & Media sector at Eggplant. The team consisted of a Business Development Rep, a Sector Account Manager and a Technical Consultant. 

At this stage, Eggplant had expanded the product portfolio to include machine learning and AI powered automation tools, a performance testing portfolio, real and synthetic user monitoring solutions and a predictive analytics platform. A key requirement for success in this role was to understand the wide range of positive business outcomes the various solutions generate, and to be able to consult customers intelligently about the value addition to their business.
