I am a Technology and Supply Chain Operations Executive with deep Industry (15 years at ArcelorMittal Steel) as well as Advisory (10 years at Accenture) experience and a love for solving complex problems. Along this journey I honed my leadership skills in Strategy formulation & execution, Business and Technology Architecture, Business Development, Business Transformation, Program Management and Systems Engineering across the globe in various industries (mining, metals, chemicals, oil & gas, power generation, telecommunications, manufacturing, renewable energy) and operations models (make-to-stock, make-to-order, continuous/batch/discreet manufacturing). I established and grew global Technology advisory, delivery and support capabilities for mission critical systems from scratch (numerous times), managed departments up to 300 people in size; and learned how to lead and execute through hypergrowth, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and insourcing, re-organizations, restructuring and downsizing.
