We implement marketing strategies together with a hell-of-a-team at AVL headquarter in Austria. Further, I was CMO in a global acting B2B company, Anton Paar. I worked with international marketers and a team of 30+ team members at headquarters. 🦊 B2B MARKETING STRATEGY. I believe that strategies are only as good as their implementation. With success, based on Marketing KPIs and a Marketing ROI. I do marketing plans according to the sales targets and use the full range of the marketing mix. Offline and online, awareness and lead driven, target group or account specific. I include classic actions, like exhibitions and events, all sorts of print materials and online marketing. I am a firm believer that Lead Management is a part of Marketing. Marketing is the first part of a successful sales strategy.
