Initial responsibilities include completing aggressive integration and expansion projects along with building the processes and templates by which Bulow will complete projects in the future. Projects include construction renovations and relocations, deNovo facilities and EMR conversions.

Quarterbacked the organization in 35 major projects (28 new clinics and 7 conversions) in 2013
Managed aggressive rollout of retail health clinics inside Kroger and Publix stores nationwide.  
Played key role in delivering 55 projects in 2009, on time and under budget.
Successfully served as key manager for implementation (including training) of paperless systems in all clinics in 2010.  
Managed customer side of major initiative to convert all locations to parent company networks.

Communication between Owner, retail partner and vendors. Coordination with the Owner for internal recruiting, credentialing and health survey processes while maintaining numerous deadlines for construction processes and installation of clinic properties

My original career love had been selling real estate from 1996 to 2001, but for the sake of regular salaried style income I got into the corporate world. I spent 12 years doing a lot of traveling for project work in commercial construction and international trade industries. 

My mission is to be able to help people, and believe our careers give us customers. Both internal and external. Those customer needs are critically important and I strive to deliver excellent work along with great customer service. 

I love applying all those project management skills in making the path to the closing table as quickly and smoothly as possible!
