I discovered during my career abroad that selling is not (only) about human relationships. But a complex process based on the need to re-establish an equal relationship with prospects. I work with two expert practitioners who have the same passion in life: "Passing on their knowledge to others to be more effective". And therefore worried that they are not getting as many opportunities as they would like. 4- We also often hear that they have recruitment and team management problems because they rely on a few interviews and do not profile their employees effectively.
