St. Louis College of Health Careers (SLCHC) is a proprietary institution dedicated to training individuals to understand the complexities and sophistication of modern medical systems.
SLCHC specializes in training students for successful, rewarding careers in the health care field. As Director of Admissions I was responsible for managing and coordinating all daily sales activities and operations of the Admissions Department which was comprised of seven sales and support team members.  My goal was to consistently increase enrollment numbers through marketing, community outreach and networking, and driving the Admissions sales team.

BusComm Inc. provides digital voice technology solutions for customers with needs such as: video surveillance, voice logging, dictation, speech recognition, quality monitoring, court recording, medical transcription, computer aided coding, document imaging, and enterprise content management. My job was to provide customer service to clients by installing, training, configuring and providing extensive support for all company distributed software products.  I interacted with radiologists, medical transcriptionists, circuit court judges and various end users. I also acted as Project Manager, responsible for the coordination and implementation of schedule and development phases.

Mirror Image Software was a leading supplier of medical imaging software, photographic equipment and computer systems for healthcare imaging. Mirror was well known in the medical field for its aesthetic simulation software, used by aesthetic surgeons to show prospective patients a simulation of their potential appearance.   My job was to provide company hardware and software technical support and training to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, sales consultants, office managers and nurses.  I was also responsible for supporting sales in all regions by working client leads, demonstrating company products and assisting with the closing process in the field at conventions, conferences and trade shows.  I traveled extensively throughout the United States to provide support to new and existing clients.
