I’m Steph, a highly experienced safety professional with 15 years of experience. I am passionate about promoting safety and environmental changes within organisations, I specialise in auditing organisations, creating tailored Integrated Management Systems and then obtaining accreditations for organisations including ISO and Federal accreditation. I am very focused on ensuring compliance and creating a positive safety culture within all companies I work with. My dedication and commitment is evident in the positive impact I have made throughout my career. Outside of work, I'm a working mother, and I extend my commitment to safety to my family. Balancing work and motherhood reflects my strong work ethic and family dedication. My passion for safety developed early in my career when I was studying Business Management and I was exposed to the challenges and complexities of implementing quality, safety and environmental systems and processes. I then went on to obtain a Diploma in WHS. These challenges only fuelled my desire to make a positive impact and create a safer and more sustainable working environments for all. Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively with organisations of all sizes, from small start-ups to large corporations. I understand that changes are a collective effort and that everyone has a role to play in changing the culture. I like to ensure that all stakeholders have a voice and are heard. My experience, dedication, passion for my profession, collaborative approach and my ability to balance work and motherhood is a testament to my strong work ethic and unwavering commitment.
